Rossi Residencial is the sixth largest Brazilian residential construction company. The company operates in real estate. Is present in more than 56 Brazilian cities, from headquarters in São Paulo and in regional offices located in cities such as Campinas, Porto Alegre, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte and others.

The Rossi takes part in all phases of a real estate venture. Exploration of the land to the project, construction for sale, by delivery of property.

Since its founding, the Rossi Group is characterized by the development of modern administrative and operational methods, the use of efficient building technologies and increasing experience in all types of construction.

The Project

Rossi Arte Parque is a high-end condominium to people with high purchase power. The neighbourhood is planned and the condominium counts with distinct spaces and services to provide more comfort to their residents. Some of the services and amenities are: Gourmet Area, Pool, Party Room, gardens, fire pits, Kids Room, Gym, Personal Trainer, and Car wash.

Rossi Residencial sought a state-of-the-art web application to seamlessly manage and schedule their wide array of services and facilities. The system needed to integrate resident communication, streamline service bookings, and simplify administrative tasks like resident charges—all within a modern, interactive, and user-friendly interface.
